In order to ensure success in our procedures, we take the necessary time to fully and thoroughly evaluate your present dental condition. Our goal is to give our clients the essential information and education so that they may enjoy a beautiful, healthy smile for years to come. Here is what to expect:
- When you arrive you will be met by one of our patient co-ordinators who will ask you to complete a medical history form.
- The patient co-ordinator will take you on a tour of the practice.
- You will be introduced to our dentists and staff members.
- Your private consultation with Dr Bloom/Dr Padayachy will follow and they will use an intra-oral camera and take any diagnostics such as radiographs and study models.
- Your dentist will discuss your goals with you as well as addressing your specific needs.
- If needed, we will take digital photographs to generate a computer simulated image.
- Finally, your patient co-ordinator will answer any questions that you may have regarding your treatment, review your treatment options, discuss financial issues and arrange future visits.
